CEMAC OHADA zone audit

The auditor carries out legal missions in the OHADA area to:

  •   Give an opinion on the annual accounts
  •   Carry out due diligence on the occasion of certain important events occurring in the life of your company: capital increase or reduction, merger or transformation, contribution of assets, etc.
  •   Implementation of the alert procedure, when the situation warrants it.
