Chartered accountant qualified in France, Auditor, CEMAC EC 300 approved. This is the Community Approval to practice the Auditor Profession in the six countries of Central Africa: Cameroon, Congo, Gabon, Equatorial Guinea, Central Africa, Chad. A member of the Order of Chartered Administrators of Quebec (Canada), Mr. Teinche enjoys worldwide recognition.

Father and head of the family, born in Africa, Mr. Teinche continues to implement his dream of impacting African youth and contributing significantly to the development of his continent. After 10 years spent in the Audit & Consulting Department of a world leader in auditing, in 2009 he launched the Groupe Experts-Mac project, with the ambition of becoming the largest Consulting network born in Africa and animated by African professionals. Boosted by his experience in Canada within the firm CPA Alliance MAC, Valéry Teinche is today a sure bet in international consulting.

Valéry Teinche successfully participated in the legal, accounting, tax and social support of the ESSO Exxonmobil-Petronas-Chevron oil consortium and its international subcontractors during the construction and operation phase of the Chad-Cameroon pipeline. In this context, he invested a lot of energy in assisting very diverse business entities to resolve several types of problems, and he gained a great deal of professional experience from this.

Today Valéry leads the Experts-Mac group made up of experts and specialists in consulting, management, taxation, auditing and organization who aspire to develop in a way that is different from the international auditing giants. The Experts-Mac network team today includes men and women capable of supporting companies, institutions and business leaders in complex implementation, operation, improvement and change processes.

The relevance of its global vision of Experts-Mac and the continuous search for quality and integrity have made it possible to quickly attract the trust of numerous partners, clients, investors from all over the world. Its strategy of creating a network of cutting-edge African skills is currently being realized through the development of its approach in Central Africa in several other countries. The Experts-Mac network today has 12 offices physically located in 11 countries.

Valéry is committed to contributing to the fight against social inequalities. He is a negotiator who gets involved in conflict resolution by favoring consensualism. He is passionate about amateur sports: Golf, tennis, swimming, indoor football, ballroom dancing. He likes to discover the world, because he adapts easily to new cultures, as much as he respects them. This is why he humbly calls himself ''Citizen of the World''.
