Facility Manager
I am a Financial Auditor, responsible for the Facility Management and PPP Unit sections within the EXPERTS-MAC Group. I also support clients from a wide variety of professions and activities to help them achieve their objectives.
In terms of Facility Management, I support a major Telecom client who wishes to outsource several support functions of its activity, such as the search for sites, the representation and management of the real estate complex and lease contracts, the recruitment of staff. As part of this activity, I also help the client to free themselves from the tasks of managing general services such as security (guarding), site maintenance, management and maintenance of equipment... in short, everything that contributes to establishing a work environment that meets the needs of employees.

I am very satisfied with my role as Facility Manager, because my advice allows the company to better allocate its resources, improve productivity and reduce operating costs.

Head of the EMAC-PPP unit
In the field of public-private partnerships (PPP), I participated in the establishment of an EMAC-PPP unit within the EXPERTS-MAC Group. My role was to participate in setting the short and medium term objectives of this unit, in order to integrate PPP consulting missions into the overall strategy of the EXPERTS-MAC group and to popularize this notion among the members of our teams and in each country of the CEMAC environment.

With this in mind, I am working with our partner CPCS Canada on the PPP program support project as part of a contract signed between the World Bank and CPCS Transcom International Limited. I am leading a team in Chad to identify projects that qualify as PPPs. For this, we ensure the collection of texts and laws on the institutional and legal level for a preliminary diagnosis of the situation in terms of advancement of the PPP framework in Chad, to formulate initial observations.

I learn every day and I am proud to share my knowledge and experience with the young recruits in our group.
